Ham-Corn Pudding
Makes 4 to 6 servings
Ingredients
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 cups milk
1 teaspoon sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper
1 can (12 ounces) corn with green pepper, or whole kernel corn
1 cup mined ham
Directions
Combine eggs and milk. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Put in buttered 2-quart baking dish, set on rack in pan of hot water and bake in slow oven (325°F) 1 hour, or until set.
